Summary The thesis determined the incentives and inhibitors of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Manufacturing sector including the way CSR is defined and integrated in the overall manufacturing strategy. CSR provides clear benefits through improved financial, social and environmental performance however it needs to be closely integrated into overall strategic objectives.
